Data and use

We process account details, travel and rewards information, AI-connection permissions, support messages, and usage and error data to provide, secure, support, and improve Vetra.

Sharing

We use hosting, authentication, storage, email, analytics, and monitoring providers. Requested features share relevant information with travel, rewards-account, and AI services. Information may also be disclosed for legal, security, or business-transfer purposes.

With your permission, connected AIs receive balances, quote details, calculations, and evidence. We do not sell connector data or use it for unrelated advertising, profiling, sensitive inferences, or model training. Recipients handle their copies under their own policies.

Retention and controls

Saved account, rewards, and trip information generally remains until removed or your account is deleted. Quote assessments expire after 30 minutes. Other records are retained for account access, security, support, and legal needs; email, analytics, and backup copies have separate retention.

We use PostHog for usage analytics and Sentry for error reports, linked to your account ID when signed in. Sentry keeps individual error events for 30 days; recurring issue summaries may remain longer. PostHog provides one year of event history but may retain events and user profiles longer. Account deletion does not automatically erase these records.

You can remove saved information, disconnect AIs, and delete your account in Vetra. Disconnecting stops access but cannot erase recipients’ copies. Contact us to exercise applicable privacy rights; identity verification and lawful exceptions may apply.

Storage and updates

Essential browser storage supports sign-in and site features. We use an approximate country check to choose how we measure visits and product use. PostHog can use cookies and browser storage for visits from the US, Australia, and New Zealand, and for UK or EU visits after you accept. For other visits, including when we cannot determine the country, we measure limited activity without analytics cookies, persistent browser identifiers, or account linkage. We honor Global Privacy Control and saved rejections for default analytics. In the UK and EU, you can change your choice in Analytics preferences in the homepage footer or your account settings. We remember it for 180 days.

Providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We use security safeguards. We will date updates and provide additional notice or consent where required.
